Evaluation of Family Hope Program in Moro District, Karimun Regency
Abstract
Various forms of policy programs issued by the government to overcome these impacts, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). In an effort to improve poverty alleviation since 2007 the Indonesian government has implemented PKH. The method in this study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation with a total of 18 (eighteen) informants. The results of this study indicate that the impact of implementing PKH in Moro District, Karimun Regency was generally successful in accordance with PERMENSOS No. 10 of 2017 concerning the Family Hope Program, but the impact this program has on the poverty rate is not yet sufficiently visible. From the input indicators, the implementation has been supportive, both in terms of supporting resources and technology, facilities and infrastructure, human resources and budget funds are appropriate and sufficient. From the process indicators it has not been optimal in its implementation starting from the initial meeting, verification of commitment and assistance is appropriate but in the aspect of distribution of assistance it is not in accordance with the PKH Implementation Guidelines. From the output indicators, the implementation of PKH has not produced results that are in accordance with the objectives of the Family Hope Program (PKH). And from the outcome indicators the positive impact that is produced is that the community has been assisted in the field of social welfare and education in supporting children's schooling needs.
