In the execution of the PAMSIMAS program in Pauh Village, the researcher identified distinct issues affecting program effectiveness. Firstly, the water pipe management faced severe damage, while the second concern involved a reservoir incapable of handling water discharge. Employing the qualitative descriptive research method, the study utilized Taliziduhu Ndraha's theory. Findings revealed deficiencies in planning, where resource constraints impacted PAMSIMAS program implementation and its long-term sustainability. In terms of organization, suboptimal coordination and cooperation among management parties hindered effective execution. Mobilization also faced challenges due to insufficient coordination and support from the Pauh Village Team. Additionally, supervision was compromised, as the lack of authority delegation to the Village Government in the PAMSIMAS program impacted the sustainability of its management processes.
